Have you used the auto speaker set up? Once I used mine I was sold and always use it now. The reason I asked is it sometimes helps to EQ the speakers to a standard which matches them better, although I know that doesn't take the place of actual timbre matching. If you've never used it though it may make your set up tolerable as to not have to replace anything.
If you do use auto set up and want to replace the rears, I'd check with JBL to see what they recommend as being the best timbre match for your mains. I just don't know the models well enough to say. If interested in a possible entire change for timbre matching, I'd recommend finding some one who is a JBL installer who carries like the Array and LS series stuff. The Array is really expensive but the LS is reasonable and really good. They use Horns for mids and highs, they sound really good, no hint of harshness or fatigue. I'm not sure if the Studio series is still sold but they are an exceptional value as well but as memory serves my ears still preferred the LS.
You might also consider the Revel.
