How do I make this work?

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I need a wireless outdoor speaker system that will be near a pool. The clubhouse will house the receiver/transmitter/amplifier and each speaker will be hung outside the clubhouse up to maybe 100 feet from where the control equipment is.

My needs for this system:
1. Ability for at least two microphones to be connected (will be doing live music).
2. Ability to connect iPad, iPhone, Bluetooth

I have no idea what exactly I need and how I would connect everything. If it was just a wireless speaker setup then I think it would be easy. It's the connection of microphones to the system that I can't figure out.
