Hi all,
My first post here & probably a very basic question.
What makes a speaker crackle at certain frequencies? I mean obviously the speaker is damaged from over powering but I'm curious to know what is actually causing the crackle sound, upon inspection I cannot see any obvious damage to the cone, spider or surround.
Thanks :)
...of course I talk to myself! Sometimes I need a professional opinion.
