If you can not get the same deal as customers who can buy through a dealer then I would move on or buy used. For the price there must be at least 4 or 5 other speakers that you would be just as satisfied if not even more. Why not have some fun and find a pair.
If you buy from Canada they more than likely will not be covered by the warranty and if they have no warranty then you certainly should pay less for them so depending on the discount you may or may not be getting a better deal.

Instead of guessing from a Google street view why wouldn't you call and see if they have or can get a pair? Since you are willing to buy unheard why would it matter if they do not have a demo pair?
