Transmission lines for 15s tend to be quite large as size is determined by cone area and wavelength of the lowest frequency and unlike with ported boxes the shapes you can use are very limited due to the need to fold the line while maintaining cross sectional area.
PMC make a fairly compact t-line sub with one 15. It occupies 180L (6.35ft^3) so you would need twice that.
For a Civic I hope you have a tow bar because you will probably need to put them in a trailer.
