Caps can run into big bucks which is why some manufacturers use electrolytics. Personally I would go with parallel Solens or Daytons(75x2 or 47x2+56) and see what you have. Any film cap is going to be a big improvement on the electrolytics and will bring the speakers back to spec and keep it there for many years.
The 12 uf cap is part of the LP filter along with L3 while the 150 mfd and L4 are the HP filter. I suspect the mid driver is actually wired with inverted polarity but would have to have the values of the inductors to be sure.
