I recently purchased a pair of Sonus Faber Cremona Auditor M speakers. I like the way that they sound. They sound better, to me, than my Merlin Mxe, but not as good as the Combak Bravo SE. What they have over the Combak speaker is the bass. However, this is turning out to be a mixed blesssing. On too many recordings, the bass overwhelms the presentation. It seems to be out of sync with the rest of the music, much more forward, and louder. I have set up the stands correctly, and they are about 36" from the front wall. I don't know exactly what to do to make things more acceptable. I really want to keep them, as they are so 'good-lookin'.I use the Auditors with an ARC VSi 75 integrated amplifier, which produces 75 w/ch from four KT120 tubes. I have had many, many amp/speaker combos over the years (tube and solid-state, and standmounts and floorstanders), in the same room, and have never before encountered this issue.
