" Other than being too overdamped "

Hi and excuse me if i take profit of you ,,, but for me it is very important to try to understand
So we have these Magico speakers with an unbelievably rigid construction
When you say " Other than being too overdamped " well this overdamping must be intrinsic in the drivers not surely caused by the structure that is as stiff as possibly think of.
This would also mean that the properties of the drivers in the end tends to overcome the properties of the cabinets.
This is an exceptional important conclusion.
Is it true ? i think so.
Like the sound is made 15% by the cabinet, 15% by the x-over and 70% by the drivers
If this is true i was clearly overestimating the impact of the cabinets on the overall sound of the speakers.
Thanks a lot again for the very valuable advice.

Kind regards,
bg
