The "slamish" effect you are looking for may be the balance between your amp and speakers. Not just the speakers.
If you want more 100hz-ish slam. Look into tube amps. Higher impedance the really pushes those woofers around. Even those cute 6" jobs.
or if you are cruising madisound look into their A26 kit.
