I've always heard it was 100 watts per channel for the MMG, 200 watts per channel for the 1.6/1.7, and 500 watts per channel for the 3.6/3.7. Would you say this sounds about right?When I owned the 1.6s several years ago, I used the Channel Islands Audio D-200 monoblocks with great success. Back then, they sold for around $2000 a pair, or almost half of what the new "Mark II" version costs.
