Matching Subwoofer to Home Theater

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I have an Onyko HT-RC360 with 100 watts. I plan on purchasing a BIC Acoustech PL-200 with 1000 watts. Is this a problem or MUST I match the subwoofer to my Onyko more closely matched in power?
