I would probably keep your Polk, given that you probably are not going to be able to audition them with your gear.
It's kind of a tough call since you want to avoid a lateral move.
Some may say get a different turntable, but I don't know if that is the weak link in your system, it seems to have decent reviews.
I myself would probably focus on the amp. The good stuff isn't really found in the box stores, not trying to sound like a snob. :)
Consider exploring DIY tubes or maybe a DIY Pass amp if you want to stay Solid State.
The best values are had in devices you build yourself.
Other then that you could get a decent external DAC if you are into listening to digital as well.
