... in an unused KEF TDM45B sealed THX subwoofer enclosure.

Original BASH amplifier is dead; trials with another amplifier proved unsuccessful, somehow the original amp was probably equalizing the natural roloff of the woofer in that sealed box.

Let'say I wanna build a new sealed box around that woofer, not knowing the thiele/small parameters... what would happen if, for example, I put the woofer in a box that has twice the volume of the actual box?

complete waste of time?
