if your fronts can play cleanly down to 40Hz. If so, I would go for the surrounds first and save money for a good sub. If your looking for sub recommendations, I offer Rythmik LV12-R, a ported sub in a fairly large box using a 12" driver and servo feedback. Its vvery articulate.
