There is no 'Boxer II' info on the webpage yet. A dealer announced it online, so I called Nola and they gave me the info.

$1700. October 1st. New woofer (maybe new tweeter as well).

The 'S1' is a Boxer with a thousand dollars worth of crossover upgrades.

The 'Boxer II S1' will be $2700.
