I own a pair of Triton 7s. I have owned the Aerial 6's as well, but not back to back. I loved the 6's at the time. I love these. They are very coherent, top to bottom is very balanced and they go very low 29hz at -3 db for a smallish 2 way cabinet. I have 2 amp choices now. First is a peachtree 220 class d amp and it drives these speakers with authority. Second is the Einstein OTL monoblocks and they drive the speakers with finesse. I use a vpi with Lyra Delos and a second arm with a Zu Denon cartridge and you can very easily hear the difference between these 2 carts. They are very neutral with excellent highs if you use quality components. I could have bought other speakers, but I really like these and didn't want the built in subs. My dealer let me try them at home, I kept them.
