Thanks, almost no one gets it. All speakers(systems) are colored to some degree. But if a speaker(system) is significantly better at reproducing some things then it is probably significantly colored and not truly a high fidelity speaker.
This is the kind of thing that frustrated Gordon Holt in his later years, that people were into sounds good to me rather than fidelity.
