I think your over reacting a little. Most people who have this caliper of a system would almost always bi-wire and that's why you’re seeing those responses. I agree that if you purchased something that was rated a 9 or as new and says boxes, manuals, all accessories included. You should have received them. If that's the case maybe you can compromise with the seller to resolve this amicably.
You say you got one of the original jumpers, that means you only need 3 = $300. My opinion is ask the seller to split it %150 each....
It’s not worth getting upset over, these are great speakers and enjoy them to the fullest....
