Contact Ed Schilling of the Horn Shoppe. His main claim to fame is single driver Horn speakers. But the last few years he's offered the option of a two-way, with his Horn matched up with a Heil AMT.

He can tell you how to take them apart, replace the diaphragms (if necessary), figure out crossover points, etc.
