@ Bobsprit: Great review. I've heard my friend's original Model 1 and the highs are sublime! In my big room 22x23 with 10ft cathedral ceiling, the Totems couldn't put out any weight - but then again in his small listening room of about 14x18 and 9ft ceiling, the Totems sounded beautiful all around. I would think the Totems tend to favor the smaller shoe size.
I am awaiting to hear a new Merlin TSM from Bobby as well in a few weeks so, I'll definitely keep this thread in the back of my mind. The two amps that will be used will be a friends Leben CS600 and my Sophia Electric 126S (both EL34 integrated amps) with the Totem Model 1 & Merlin TSM-MMM. Will definitely keep you posted.
