Fear not

As long as you have arranged a time that the shop is okay with (e.g. not a Saturday afternoon) this sort of thing is why B&M shops exist. They aren't going to shun you if you don't buy their speakers. Many shops prefer this sort of scenario as shop demo pieces come back from home auditioning sessions with new scars surprisingly frequently.
