Personally, I'd replace *both* woofers now.

I'd be thinking that I wouldn't know how much longer replacements would be available, and-

replacing only one woofer and you'd now have a mismatch; one well-broken in unit paired with a new stiff unit. Life expectancy of the working woofer is now in doubt. IME, woofers are typically the first to die - surround rot.

Not repairing it would leave you with a useless set of speakers with near zero value. Working units w/ new woofers would be a *much easier sell if the upgrade itch still lingers...
