b and w vs. paradigm

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

I'm shopping around for a bookshelf/center channel setup. Listened to entry level B and W and Paradigm and would say the B and W had a crisper sound. Any thoughts on those 2 manufacturers? Besides music and movies I want to run audio from my macbook through my NAD receiver. Another store I will go to soon sells Dynaudio and Sonus Faber.
