If you want to go the Cornwall route, I would really recommend you go the Bob Crites route. This version is head and shoulders above the Klipsch version. He even offers the enclosure (but you will need to assemble it yourself, but that's easy). It will run well under your budget. This combo will last you the rest of your life, with no feeling that you are missing anything. The Selenium D405 driver is great, and far better than the screechy Klipsch setup.
