During the mid-80's I had a chance to hear them. The version I heard had much larger sub woofers. I have also heard the Infinity IRS's but they didn't sound quite as good as the WAMM's. I've never heard any speakers that sound better than the WAMM. The difference between these and the many so-called high end systems I have heard over the years (including some of Wilson's smaller speakers) is huge. The WAMM's were the only speakers I have ever heard that actually fooled me into thinking I was hearing a live performance and not an electronic reproduction.
