Each LP, each cassette, each R2r, each long tape (taped from FM, say opera or concerts).
Please justify this against other ways of spending said time.
The ONLY benefit I can see is one set of digital media, and one 'upgradeable player' needed. Against that a second constantly updated copy - on a separate - very reliable - hard disk with VERY good virus protection.
LBNL name one good classical database software package.
