RE: What is a good speaker upgrade for me?

Speaker families that I find to be on the warmer side include Bozak, Sonus Faber, Spendor, Vandersteen, Vienna Acoustics, Aerial, J M Reynaud and Meadowlark. Many of these lines have become less warm/more neutral with more recent models.
Your whole system is tilted toward warm and forgiving as opposed to transparent and resolving.
