JBL L112 crossovers

OK I have an extremely mint pair of JBL L112's and after 30 years I'm thinking the crossovers could use a refresh. But I need a little help 2 things.
1: why does the schematic of the crossover show a bypass cap of .068uf and a performance improvement to use a .01 what would this change?

2: Should I change the other caps from mylar to PP remember I don't want to change the speaker I just want to refresh it.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
