Best preamp/amp for Focal, JM Lab Electra 915's, 11" Utopia WX subs

I was thinking of going with a Conrad Johnson PV-11 Preamp and Conrad Johnson MF200.

A not so long time ago I had a very fine system. It has been dismantled and needs to be reassembled in a whole new fashion.

I Love the PV-11, It would be a hard thing to talk me out of. The reason I like the MF200 is while it is an older design that is not anywhere near as accurate as newer designs it just has a way of pushing the music more than HI-FI which is what it seems these speakers need from my reading of them.

I am going to pick up a pair for $1300 in a couple days and have about $1500 for amp/preamp. I was thinking of buying anouther halo a23 and bi amping as well (I currently own 1 with warranty). Oh and anything below 150 real music watts doesnt work for me.

I currently like the
Parasound HCA-3500 with the idea of modding it later
Proceed Amp 2 with the idea of buying another one later or an HPA 2
Krell KAV-150A

I also have 2 11" WX series subwoofers I have been using in my car. I was thinking of modifying their enclosure to hold a crown K2 amp on each sub and minimizing speaker cable. any other ideas of a amplifier with a great damping factor and can put out at least 500 watts into 4 ohms. I was also thinking of an HCA-3500 for this but the crown has unbelievable damping.

Oh the boxes were made for car audio but they were designed by my local shop in Santa Rosa, CA. who have actually won best in show twice at CES and were all completly exstatic to finally get to do an awesome "SQ" (sound quality system) as oppose to literally putting in 5K subwoofer systems with a pair of $200 coaxial speakers run off a in dash deck. they spent at least 4 weeks on it and I have now moved on and only bought the woofers because i knew i would eventually use them in my home system
They are in ported fiberglass boxes. about 1 and 3/4 Cu. Ft., 2 1/2?
