The dents in silk domes (unlike metal domes, which would be a complete loss if dented) usually pop out quite easily. Place one end of a toilet paper tube around the dome, and suck gently on the other end -- this will usually do the trick. Like a vacuum cleaner, except less likely to cause damage.
