Only replace the electrolytics with the same VALUE of film cap. Mylar or poly are fine, you don't need to spend more on caps than what the whole speaker cost. Be sure the film caps MEASURE the same value as what's posted on the electrolytics. You'll have to measure them using a LCR meter for best results otherwise you replace lets say a 4 uF cap with one that measures 5uF and SURE you'll hear an "improvement" but it will just be the new cap changing the frequency response of the crossover. Resistors don't need to be changed, they are fine.
