On the 4's. I haven't forgotten them SPL. I don't believe I have ever heard better bass from any speaker than those. Natural and real. The room I heard them in certainly had some effect on the caliper of that bass though. Great speaker but Richard Vandersteens biggest problem child. Over 90% service calls were for those speakers rumor has it although sales represented a small percentage relative to the problems.
