Need help for Denon+B&W speaker system

As I am just a beginner in hi-fi, I need comments on t.

I an considering to upgrade my old stereo system to include HT capability as well. My local hi-fi equipment shop proposed the following:

Fronts: 602 S2 or 603 S2
Center: CC6 S2
Surround: 601 S2
Or 602 S2
Subwoofer: ASW 500
Receiver: DENON 2800

Considering the following information:
- Living room for sound system and TV is about 25 sqm + dining area for 15 sqm.
- No possibility of placing a seat opposite to the TV and front speakers.
- Listening to mainly jazz as well as U2 type of music.
- HT will have about 40% stake in total.
- A budget of between 3000-4000 USD for all.
- (I could not listen to the system above yet.)

1)What would be your comments on the system above based on your experience?
2)Is it recommendable to expect any assistance from the subwoofer while listening to music if 602 S2s are not sufficient at lows?
3)Is it reasonable to think about getting speakers like 602 S2s “on stands” due to the inability of properly facing both of front floorstanding speakers while seated?
4)If so, is it recommendable to listen to music two channel but four speakers (and subwoofer if necessary) due to the seating problem?
