REAL MEN USE REAL SPECS

205.163.202.10

Do you ever read hifi magazines? Can you follow technical mesurements? Alright, look, you seem like a decent guy, so I don't want to get into a spat with you, but none of the specs you listed are all that reliable. Even crossover points and slopes. Just look how amazed John Atkinson is when he finds near agreement with his measurements. It's there is black and white; check it out. Yep, even stated crossover points and slopes vary from the manufacturer's stated specs though this is typically fairly close and Vandersteen always meets it.

But dispersion? Forget it. DCR? What do you mean by DCR? Efficiency? Always off by 2-3 db to 10db or more.

Recommended height from the ground for Vandersteen is excellent. Not really a performance spec, per se, though.

But, yep, you're right. These specs are remarkably reliable from probably 100% of manufacturers, and very important:
Height
Width
Depth
Weight
Grill Color
Cabinet Finish
