Tweeter volume problem, Help please...

199.243.239.6

Hi,

I upgraded my 2 15 years old speakers last week(3 way speakers). The result is quite impressive. Here is what he installed me.

Sub : Super Blue 600 Watts RMS
Mid : Pyramid 200 watts RMS
Tweeter : I don't remember the brand , 300 Watts RMS

The guy who did the installation didn't replace the crossover nor the volume control for my tweeter. He only replace the 3 drivers.

I noticed that one of my tweeter is playing a little bit louder that the other at the same volume ( including the same setting for the volume of the tweeters ) If I'm putting both tweeters volume at maximum there is still one that play higher that the others.

What do you think about this ? the guy who installed me the driver told me that he could not be a problem with the tweeter itself. I'm a little bit nervous now coz I wanna know what could be the problem. Maybe the old connection inside the speakers are too old ...
