Agreed- except that with regards to setting up the speaker, the manufacturer's specs can be a helpful reference point. I'm sure that once I've had them for a while and moved 'em every whichaway, tried different amps, tried every high pass, lo pass crossover setting I can find I'll be beyond what the specs can tell me, but it's a nice place to start.I'd settle for power handling and freq response, but stated sensitivity (in room and anechoic) are at least worth knowing as a reference point. In the meantime I'll 'pretend' that they're same as a 2CE, that's probably close enough
Lastly, when (if)the day comes that I sell these things to the next person, that's the kinda stuff people like to know. can make or break a sale, ya know?
