Unless you have some pressing need, I see no reason for you to change speakers. The Paradigms seem to work nicely for you in many ways. I think that if you were to change, you should move up rather than sideways. Going into the $3-4k range would bring you a better improvement.Still, by all means audition the the SF Concertos. Just be aware that they may sound simply dull compared to other speakers. Unless you have an oustanding dealer, they may not be optimally set up. In suburban Chicago metro area, our dealer, Audio Consultants, has the Concertos setup in a careless manner, no where near optimal. The salespeople, while not on commission, are young rockers with clear emotional preferences. Thiel and/or B&W Nautilus are supreme rulers for them. They regard the SF's as simply "dull".
