RE: Cleaning piano black speakers.

Most companies use automotive Polyurethane ,Urethane or Lacquer finishes these days. You can use a good quality automotive polish or glaze every now and then , something like 3M Finesse or Meguiar's clear coat glaze . And for weekly cleaning just a slightly damp diaper type cloth with distilled water and a few drops of Isopropyl alcohol if it has a lot of fingerprints or in my case cats rubbing up against it when they walk by. Cat Residue ? The small amount of alcohol wont affect lacquer and almost "nothing" will affect urethane or polyurethane.
