Check the connections at the crossover.....they might be loose. I had that problem with one of my klipsch Heresy's.
If the tweeter diaphragm is blown, that's an easy fix, too. Another poster mentioned Bob Crites- he sold me a pair of replacement tweeter diaphragms for about $20. They were very easy to replace...my other Heresy had a blown diaphragm. Crites will also fix them for you, IIRC.
