They are the smoothest sounding of the Reynauds - not the most resolving, not the fastest, not the most earth shaking or sky bending. They remind me a little of Spendors with more of everything that Spendors are good at. Their predecessors, the Evolution 3's, were among the most popular Reynauds ever made. They were floor-standing versions of the Trentes, another extremely popular JMR model. Glad you like them.
