Hi All,

I've been out of the shopping for speakers arena for quite some time. I've gone from the original B&W 601s, to Dyn Audience 50s, to two project speakers, and now would lke to shop around for something prebuilt again.

I'm seeking two way mini monitors with 6-7" woofs. Something that can play down to 50Hz with some level of coherence, with mids that aren't too forward. I'm powering them with 150W of solid state. Music is rock, progressive metal, pop, jazz fusion, some classical.

What's hot these days under $1k?
