Flush Mounted Drivers

Hello All:

Want to know best way to seal a driver's frame to the cabinet.(lipped recess for flush mount) Parts Express gasket material, silicone caulk, perhaps mortite? Also cabinet has removable back panel, appreciate best method for this situation as well. I have an old Wharfdale W-70 cab which used gray felt around back panel frame. Is this still a good option?(felt source?)
