Bypassing both with one 0.1 uF PP or PS or teflon should provide excellent results.

If you were leery of doing that for some reason, or want to retain the purity of the topology, then bypass the larger cap, it needs more help than the smaller cap.

Be sure to use a high quality cap, no ceramics or mica's.
