How cheap is cheap? If they're in good working and cosmetic condition, and under $10, nab 'em. They'll be OK for background radio music in the garage.
Fisher has never been known for quality speakers. They did make some decent electronics, back before Avery Fisher sold the company to Sanyo in 1969, but since then all their stuff has been low-end mass-market. The Fisher speakers I've seen have all been thin-walled monkey coffins with really cheap drivers and a "crossover" consisting of a cheap electrolytic cap on the midrange and a smaller one (maybe in series with a cheap resistor) on the tweeter. About the same quality level as White Van Specials.
