Seriously.
What you DO NOT want is a reputable well-intentioned but clueless in the premises piano refinisher using piano-lacquer repair techniques on a polyurethane or polygodknowswhat proprietary finish.
Verity is at least semi-legendary for their customer service. I am sure they will want to help you out.
(mutter mumble, why must audiophiles always take what it simple and make it complicated?)
