When it comes to punch It's very hard to beat a 15" three way built with very good parts and a large, >4 cubic foot box. Unfortuneately they are very expensive.

Modified Cerwin Vega does the job but you have to be able to DIY.

The Athena with dual 8s might be your ticket.
