Parts Express has several with VERY nice cabinets:

Zalytron offers a wide range of kits in various price ranges and configurations, with extremely solid cabinets. Scroll down the sidebar to "kits:"

Meniscus used to have some nice ones, maybe still does:

MANY nice DIY projects are published on the web, but you'd have to find a source of pre-made cabinets or have somebody build them for you. For starters you might check out Zaph Audio, RJB audio, Troels Gravesen's site, Murphy Blaster Productions, the Parts Express DIY showcase, Humble Homemade Hi-Fi, and GR Research (kits sans boxes, but with detailed blueprints).

Madisound has already been mentioned. North creek is going out of the hobbyist biz and doesn't have much inventory left, but still worth checking.
