What the hell is a DQ-12 or 8?

...I owned, loved and modified a pair of DQ-10s.

I saw Jon Dahlquist introduce the DQM series of European box speakers in a local audio store. I wasn't very impressed and I think they were a flop.

And I reviewed the DQ-20s when they came out. Very power hungry and constipated-sounding.

Personally, now I prefer Thiels, with their first order crossovers, phase and time coherence.
