I've heard Response 1 SC next to some Response 3.5 which are big speakers
and if you closed your eyes you would never believed such small speakers
sounded so big. And opening my eyes I could not believe the 1sc where
playing. For rock and jazz the WLM Diva would be hard to beat, but this is a different price bracket all together.
The beauty of the WLM is that a small relatively inexpansive valve amp can be used, which is not the case for all the other speakers mentioned.
AE1 and Celestion 600 are also great speakers.
As you said the AE1 and the Celestion 600 need 100 W
The Tablettes and the 1 sc can do with 50 W and the WLM's with 15 W
