They're called L-pads.

I buy mine from Madisound, but Parts Express and MCM have them at good prices too.

A 15W one is fine for the tweeter, and a 50W one is OK for most midranges (unless it's crossed over real low like 250hz and you have a 250W amp, then go for a 100W one).
